Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Have Cherrys, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re happy to assist with returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below.

Returns

  • Eligibility:
    Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Refund Process:
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • How to Start a Return:
    Email us at havecherrys@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility:
    Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a different size, color, or item of equal value.
  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
    • Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us.
    • We cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you (domestic orders only).
  • How to Start an Exchange:
    Email us at havecherrys@gmail.com with your order number and the details of your exchange request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right!

  • Contact us at havecherrys@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We’ll provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Important Notes:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure we receive your package.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help! Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

  • Before Shipping:
    Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been shipped.
    • To cancel your order, please contact us at havecherrys@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order or before 5 PM PST (whichever comes first).
  • After Shipping:
    Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped. However, you are welcome to initiate a return or exchange once your order arrives. Please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy for more details.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, email us at havecherrys@gmail.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation" and include:

  • Your order number
  • The name and email used to place the order

We’ll confirm the status of your cancellation as soon as possible.
