Returns

Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Refund Process:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. - Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at havecherrys@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return.
Exchanges

Eligibility:
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a different size, color, or item of equal value. - Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us.
- We cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you (domestic orders only).

How to Start an Exchange:
Email us at havecherrys@gmail.com with your order number and the details of your exchange request.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right!
- Contact us at havecherrys@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We’ll provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Important Notes:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure we receive your package.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Before Shipping:
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been shipped. - To cancel your order, please contact us at havecherrys@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order or before 5 PM PST (whichever comes first).

After Shipping:
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped. However, you are welcome to initiate a return or exchange once your order arrives. Please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy for more details.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, email us at havecherrys@gmail.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation" and include:
- Your order number
- The name and email used to place the order
